Quest Drove Bitazza to Achieve 3x Engagement and 60% Increase in In-App Purchases.

Context
Bitazza team came to Quest Labs to increase engagement & revenue using incentive driven system, all embedded within their application.

With our in-app embedded Quest’s Infrastructure, Bitazza was able to achieve 3x more engagement and in-app purchases. Our embedded Quests enabled users to unlock unique wearable NFTs from quests to unlock exclusive festival experiences and lifetime benefits on tickets and drinks.

They had a lot of data sources like IRL & various different applications. They first use segment to actually collect data from different sources and Quest connected with Segment to get all the events.

Their main goal was to create challenges & missions embedded in their application to be able to increase user participation & $$$ they spend.

How it works
We get all the events about various users from segment from Bitazza and then we store the required information within Quest. On the basis of that we created user 360 and relevant segments. Now based on this collected data, we should different challenges to users within the Bitazza app all using Quest’s no code platform.

What was the process of integration?
We first scoped out all the phases and requirements that they had and because they had a couple of custom requirements as well, we setup timelines & ETAs with week over week updates. The entire campaign creation, segmentation, user 360 management, analytics etc, they are able to do it from the Quest Dashboard itself as well.

Whats next?
1. They want more campaigns & challenges embedded all over their mobile application.
2. As Bitazza is B2B2C and they also want to embed our entire campaign creation flow in their platform to enable brands on top of their platform to be able to create campaigns for their users.

Simply invite your friend to the Mystic Valley community via the Freedom World app. The more friends you refer, the more prizes you can earn.

STEP 1: Open your Freedom World app and select the “Quest” button

STEP 2: View the details of each quest, then proceed to complete them!

STEP 3: Go back to home page and select “Referral” button under “More”

STEP 4: Share your QR code or referral link with your friend. You will only receive your rewards once your friends verify their account.

QUEST 3 : Top-up MYST Quest

The more you top up MYST points in each criteria, the more prizes you can earn!

STEP 1: Go back to home page and click the “Top up” button

STEP 2: Select the “Fiat” button

STEP 3: Select the preferred package that you want to top up

STEP 4: Check your top up details and confirm your payment method

STEP 5: Your top up is successful!

Once completed, you will receive the following rewards;

QUEST 4 : Where’s the Mystic Fairy?

Find the Mystic Fairy within the festival grounds and give them the secret phrase, only on Saturday, February 3, 2024.

Step 1: Download the Freedom World app

Step 2: Explore all 9 stages and solve 9 QR riddles

Step 3: Find the fairy and chant the secret phrase
